Rapid Prototyping / Piloting
At times it is advantageous to test a solution on a subset of the business before full roll out. This process can be useful to gauge the potential value or ensure the solution can be properly integrated within the broader business process environment. Irrespective of the reason, we are supportive of clients who want to prototype the solution.
In older technologies, a prototype became essentially "mini-implementations" due to the inflexibility of the technology and the fixed infrastructure needed to run even just part of the software. With VeraBridge, however, because of the agile nature of our technology, prototyping is a viable strategy that can often be accomplished in a matter of weeks.
Setup and Deployment
Configuration
Our consultants work with your team to configure the solution to your business processes, underwriting rules, and product structure. We identify reporting and other analytical needs and configure them to client requirements.
Integrations / Interfaces
Depending on the solution, there will likely be interaction with other solutions; e.g. policy information to a claims system, feeds from agency management systems, etc. Our consultants work with client staff to ensure these integration points are properly setup and tested.
Testing
Every solution we deploy goes through rigorous testing, first by VeraBridge staff then with the client. Only after the client is 100% satisfied does the solution get exposed to the end users.
Ongoing Operations
24x7 Support
VeraBridge has a 24 hour support line that can be set up for any level of support you require. Normally we provide “level 2” support where the client is the first point of contact and eliminates "problems that are not really problems". Beyond that, we can support whatever issues arise.
Capacity Management
The business needs of our clients are ever-changing; volumes can go up and down even during the day. Our operations team uses advanced capacity management tools to make sure that clients get the processing power when they need it without paying for over capacity when it’s not needed.
Backups / Disaster Recovery
We have proven, complaint procedures for multiple backups of production data for everything from a simple restart to a true disaster.
